Helping Good Businesses Become Even Better

Lantern House Creative was built around a simple belief: you don't have to do everything yourself to build something you're proud of.

We help small and local business owners take marketing, strategy, creative work, and some of those easily neglected behind-the-scenes tasks off their plates, so they can spend more time doing what they do best.

There's Something Pretty Great About Helping Someone Else Succeed.

For me, that's always been the best part of the work.

I love taking something off someone's plate that I know I'm good at, giving it the attention it deserves, and watching what happens when they have more time and confidence to focus on the things they're great at.

Over the years, I found myself doing exactly that for friends and small-business owners: helping with marketing, working through ideas, solving problems, and finding better ways to get things done.

I've always had an entrepreneurial spirit, too. Eventually, I realized it was time to take everything I'd learned, bet on myself, and build a business around the work I genuinely love doing.

That's how Lantern House Creative began.

Experience That Goes Beyond Marketing

👋 Hi, I'm Cassie.

My career has given me the opportunity to work across marketing, customer success, sales, training, leadership, technology, and business growth.

I've led teams, coached and trained professionals, developed strategies, helped organizations navigate change, and worked inside businesses where growth often means solving today's challenges while preparing for what's coming next.

I'm also a Certified Master Life Coach, entrepreneur, and published children's book author.

Those experiences may look different on paper, but they've taught me something remarkably similar:

The best results happen when you understand people.

What motivates them. What frustrates them. What they're trying to accomplish. What's standing in their way. And sometimes, what they're capable of before they quite see it themselves.

That's the perspective I bring to Lantern House.

Because No One Can Do It All

Small business owner consultation with Lantern House Creative owner, Cassie

Small-business owners wear an extraordinary number of hats.

You're serving customers, managing employees, watching the numbers, solving today's emergency, thinking about tomorrow, and somewhere in there you're supposed to update your website, post on social media, send an email, work on SEO, follow up with customers, and figure out whether any of it is actually working.

That's not realistic.

You don't need to become an expert at everything. You need people you trust to be good at the things you shouldn't have to do yourself.

Lantern House exists to be one of those trusted partners.

That means listening first, understanding your business, and recommending what actually makes sense instead of selling you services you don't need.

Your business doesn't need everything. It needs the right things.

What We're Here to Do

Lantern House is here to help local business owners spend less time worrying about marketing and more time doing what they love. We help you see possibilities, find clarity, and build on what you've already created with thoughtful strategy, creative solutions, and practical support that meets you where you are.

A Few Things I Believe

I believe small businesses matter, and strong local businesses help create stronger communities.

I believe in showing up for your community, not just talking about supporting it.

I believe in women helping women, sharing what we've learned, encouraging one another, and creating opportunities for each other to succeed.

I believe people do their best work when they're able to focus on the things they do well rather than trying to become an expert at everything.

And I believe one of the greatest things we can do for another person is help them recognize and build toward the best version of what they can become.

Supporting Local Means Showing Up

Community involvement has always been important to me.

I'm a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and serve as Adjutant and Membership Officer for American Legion Riders Chapter 4.

I've also had the opportunity to serve as Fundraising Chair, helping lead fundraising efforts that raised more than $28,000 in one year in support of Project Vet Relief and Wreaths Across America.

For me, supporting local isn't simply about where you shop. It's about showing up, getting involved, and using what you're good at to strengthen the community around you.

What You Can Expect From Lantern House

Helping local businesses grow with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Not flashy marketing you don't need.

Not empty promises.

Just thoughtful work built around what your business actually needs.

We'll listen before we recommend.

We'll explain the why behind the work.

We'll be thoughtful with your time and your budget.

And we'll never recommend something simply because it's something we can sell.

The goal isn't to give you more marketing. It's to help you make better decisions about what your business actually needs.

Building Something of My Own, Too

Lantern House is personal for me.

I've always had an entrepreneurial streak, from creative projects and my own Etsy shop to helping friends with their businesses. Starting Lantern House meant finally taking my own advice and creating something around the work that gives me the most joy: helping other people succeed.

And as a mom of five daughters and Meemaw to seven granddaughters, there's another reason building this business matters to me.

I want my daughters to see that you're allowed to create a life that looks like your own. You can take a chance on yourself. You can build something meaningful. You can choose work that makes you happy. And success doesn't have to look the way someone else says it should.

Lantern House is me doing exactly that.
